National Curriculum
At Wawel International Elementary School, students follow the Polish core curriculum as defined by the Ministry of National Education (MEN), the content of which is integrated with the Cambridge Programme.
During the first years of primary school (grades 1-3), pupils acquire knowledge and skills during integrated educational classes combining content from different fields, and in the following years (from grade 4 onwards) they begin subject-based teaching. Upon completion of each class at Wawel International School’s bilingual primary school, pupils receive Polish certificates in accordance with the MEN guidelines for educational records.
