Trip to Krakowska Manufaktura Czekolady Warsztaty Czekoladowe

February is known as the month to celebrate love and what better way to celebrate it than with chocolate. That’s exactly what Big Ben did when they went on their field trip to Krakowska Manufaktura Czekolady Warsztaty Czekoladowe. Here they learnt about the history of the origins of chocolate and presentation of the processes of chocolate production from the very bean itself.  Made pralines and decorated finished pralines with sprinkles. Sweet memories!
